Deep Learning (DL) is a branch of Machine Learning (ML) that commonly used in supervised learning. Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) is renamed as Deep Learning in 2010, which is the piece of a computing system designed to simulate the way the human brain analyses and processes information. It is the foundation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and solves problems that would prove impossible or difficult by human or statistical standards. This talk will address the challenges and issues of applying Deep Learning, Transfer Learning, Federated Learning, and Generative Adversarial Networks in real-life Data Science applications. We will discuss the tools and techniques for building intelligent systems employing Deep Learning. Finally, the talk will be concluded by discussing concept drifting, and classifying noisy and imbalanced data.

General Terms: Big Data, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Transfer Learning.
