Special session on Management Information Systems for Sustainable Development (MISSD)

Introduction

Digital transformation (DX) is one of the main strategies in the industry 4.0 which supports sustainable development and affects to almost every industry and management. DX brings vast benefits to our society including management effectiveness, manufacture and business performance, enhancing customer experience, and thus enhancing the engagement between customers and business, leading to large benefits to stakeholders, creating competative and collaborative business environments, which are essential for sustainable developement. In order to develop such an environment, management information systems (MIS) plays an important role.
This special session provides a relevant avenue for researchers and practitioners in the fields of information systems, management information systems, business information systems and application,... to discuss and share their cuting-edge research and innovation.   
In addition, preliminary or ongoing researches in the field are also welcome to discuss their potential for real world applications and future collaboration.

Organizers

Submission guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Authors are invited to electronically submit full papers in English. The submitted papers must be in PDF in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format. The length of submitted papers should be from 12-15 pages (for long papers) and 6-8 pages (for short papers). All papers have to be written in the English language.
